Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: Cardio depends on what you're going for. I usually go after (if at all) only so i'm not pre-exhausing my muscles for optimum growth. Lose guys wanting to burn fat and lose weight for a goal can go before.

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Re: Cardio Are you cutting or just tryin to stay fairly lean? If you're just tryin to stay lean, I'd say one session after weight training......... If you're cutting like I am, then I'd say, one in the morning and one session after the weights. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: Cardio totally depends what your goals are, for cosmetic purposes cardio is inefficient. Best is Intervals. I do it about once a week. but if your training for something then its another story. but if your just trying to lose weight, you cant out train a bad diet. Its all about diet. |
