I have them do 2 exercises per bodypart and have them not waste energy on warm up sets and go to total momentary failure on thier working sets, Abs can be done every training day and train them like any other muscle, heavy and hard, cardio on non training days unless BF% is high then you may do cardio 6 days a week but not on leg day...
