| Admin/Owner   | 80 year old guru This is my aunt-in law's dad, so I don't know what this makes him, but he is solid as a rock. At my grandma's funeral this last week I got a chance to sit down and talk with him! at 80 years old this man has all the wits and energy of a 20 year old. He told me to feel his 18in arms and I did, not a single cm of fat on him!! solid rock!! showed his 6 pack ... just amazing guy! and inspirational to all to have a healthy and physical lifestyle to get old and still live strong!!!
