Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The 5 Hour Rule John Berardi has quoted numerous studies that have shown the people that put in at LEAST 5 hours of exercise a week are those that are happy with their results. And I would have to agree. Now this doesn't necessarily mean 5 hours weight training. It is 5 hours weights and cardio combined. Can be 3 weight sessions 2 HIIT sessions and one low intensity cardio session. Or any combo short of 5 hours low intensity cardio. IA

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: The 5 Hour Rule Well, i don't follow any strict exercise. I prefer to go for for jogging around 15- 20 min in fresh air. Then i take low calorie but nutritious breakfast. It makes me full of energy. I also do meditation and Yoga in evening. which charge me full of energy again. |

I remembered when i put on lots of weight and my friends started to say me 'fatty'.In starting i followed very strict diet chart.But now,i come to know losing weight does not mean just keep yourself away from your favorite food. Just keep one thing in mind: Weight is gained only when you burn less calories than you consume.

Im just getting started then...they are usually the ones who complain about not losing weight or gaining musce, and claim they work out ALL THE TIME LOL! |
