Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: What would ya suggest Ok Ive started my liquid clen cycle and once I get down to 250 I want to start bulking up. Now Ive started lifting weights but not going heavy yet. I figure once I get down to 250 from the 300 I am now, I will be ready to start hitting the iron heavy. What would ya recommend for a first newb cycle. Im looking for something simple to start with that will give me decent gains. Also if anyone knows some good trainers in the socal area that would be great too. So when im off my clen I should be at 250 pounds 6'2 and Im 24 years old if any of this info will help on what to take. Thanks |

| Post Whore ![]() | Re: What would ya suggest Like everyone else, i want to warn you away from hitting the sauce at this point. How much research did you do before starting clen? It can have some nasty down sides. Let's nail down the diet and training. You will get much more out of all this by building the blocks the way they should be, than you ever would by p[atching holes with compounds. |

And yes i did my homework when it came to clen and aware of all the pros and cons of it. I dont think of myslef as a stupid person that rushes into something or takes the easy way out. I know these cycles are pointless if you dont have a plan at hand and strick diet. I had a trainer before and got into shape I lived in the gym but at the end of the day I looked like my trainer I was cutt but not big like I want to be. I went from 340 to 215 10% bodyfat all natural in about 5 months. So Im not a stranger to the gym I know proper form and what im doing. Why I let myself get back up to 355 I will never know :rant2: So here I am starting all over. But I still have alot of my muscle my shoulders, back, legs and chest are still solid. So how do you know when is the right time to start then? |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: What would ya suggest Well, it's easy for me to say the smartest route is to wait until you've reached your full potential. I know, nobody wants to hear that. I say it and believe in it because you just don't know how far you can go naturally. I didn't start until I was 40. LOL. And I started training at 20. LOL. To me, there was no point unless I planned to compete in the NPC. In the AAU, back in the day, it wasn't necessary. I think you enjoy the process more when you push yourself beyond what you think you're capable of without the assistance of gear. The tempation will always be there. And believe me, once you start, it's hard to stop. You want to be bigger and better and stronger and start to think that the only way to get there is with gear. On a more realistic note (lol), most guys wait until they have a very solid base, which may take a few years. I just think young guys lose sight of the fact that it can be accomplished with the basics, which like I said previously, is training, eating, and resting. |
