havent used them in three years....basskiller dumped them due to bad service and payment and I stopped using them....but up to that..loved their products

I heard that it was going to be Jan until they are caught up.

they sent me confirmation my order from saturday was sent earlier today. i emailed them to be sure what i needed were available and it sounded like maybe certain things were ok while others may be backed up. the reply was someting along the lines of 'yes, those items are avail and ready to ship'.

fwiw, got my package from them. came friday and i opened it tonight. they had the plastic bottle wrapped with bubble wrap and the glass one just floating around the box. to top it off they sent one wrong item. that's why i stopped using them a long time ago. not to mention the return address was the site name. thought i'd let you guys know.

I have had some order troubles in the past. Don't use them anymore.

no thats not true, they are good to go now ... all issues have been resolved
