Help my first cycle (testis cancer survivor)

I'm starting my first cycle, I have done tons of researching for years now.

5'10" 220lbs 14% bf

Finished cancer treatment last aug. 2007

I have Sus 250 and I plan on a 12 week cycle.

Which PCT would you recommend?

My test levels are already around 200. So not much going on. My doctors wanted to put me on TRT but very low dosages and recommended I do it myself if i want to see gains.


Thoughts?

I could also add winny since i have lots available.

didnt see this post ... I would run a normal PCT ... also run anadex or liqdex for the duration of the cycle
I would do winny first 4 weeks and last weeks 10-14
start PCT week 14

^^ i'd have to agree with above......not sure about spreading the winny out...guess it would give you a kickstart at first and a good finisher while the test clears......

Why would you add a tab on a first cycle when he does not know how the test will afffect him. Especially Sust, since he has not even given a dose or inj schedule.

I know I don't post much much here, but the problem with Sust is the different esters and low dosing it.

PROPIONATE-30-MG: half life 2 days.
PHENYLPROPIONATE-60-MG : H/L 3 days
ISOCAPROATE-60-MG : H/L 4 days.
DECANOATE-100-MG : H/L 7 days.

So see you are getting 150 mgs, well not even that because of esters, in the first few days then you have to wait for the decanoate to kick in for long acting. Blood levels are going to be all over the place up high, low back up and then down again. You are going to be playing hell with you system. That is why good effective doses of sust seem ridiculous at 1 gram a week, but because of its esters it works well at higher doses. If you have access to more, I would bump the inj times down to 1 every 3 or 4 days. And stay with Sust only so you see how your body reacts and what sides to expect. You might not get any with that light of a dose, but if you are doing two compunds and get a side, which one caused it? The shorter duration between shots is going to give you better and more stable blood levels. Common usage is 250 EOD, but of course this is alot and it is better to err on the conservative side for your first.

As far as Anti-e or AI's. You need a certain amount of estrogen so don't try to kill it. Conservatively a .50 of Armid EOD is decent. But with this small cycle, probably not needed.

Now for PCT> This is where Sust suck. cause it does take so long to get out of your system, a pct starting 2-3 weeks of you last inj is norm. A long time for blood levels to swing and play havock. But a 30 day of clomid would probably do.
