These are questions I would like to try to answer in one post that are asked every three days! This will prevent you from asking stupid questions or questions that could simply be answered through research!

What does "bump" mean? Bump takes the topic to the top of the page!

What is a good size needle to use? 22-23 guage 1.5in long! For leaner people a 23 guage 1in long will work fine!

What is a good beginners cycle if I am scared of the needle? There really isn one, you need to get over your fear of the needle before you should start AS!

What does AS stand for? Anabolic Steroids

How long should I wait before I begin my next cycle? Atleast half of the time you were on! This is a hard question but for newbies this is the general rule of thumb!

Which test is best? This is a personal preference and they all give good results! Some like sustanon some enanthate and some suspension! After years of use you will be using them all and have tried them all!

Is it ok to take clenbuterol with my cycle? If you are on a cutting cycle then yes otherwise save it for when you get off the juice!

What is the conversion for AS mls to ccs? 1ml=1cc

How much should I load up in the syringe? A safe amount is no more than 3ml or 3ccs in the butt! I would go less for shoulder and leg injections!

I think I have been scammed what should I do? Email the mods they will try and help you! Whatever you do, don post about it before trying to resolve through email first! Do not post someone as a scammer without checking with a mod!

How do I find out if someone is a scammer?
Email all the mods and as many vets as you can! Also try to find others that have ordered from them!

Can I drink alchohol while on a cycle? You can but it isn very good for your liver, but it has never stopped me! LOL!

Can I smoke marijuana while on a cycle? Once again you can do anything you want but it isn a good idea!

I don have a clue what to take for my cycle what should I do?
Read through the old posts and do as much research as you can, once you have done this then post a question on the board! I recommend reading the board for atleast 3 months before posting unless you alreday know your stuff!

Are most of the sources out there legit?
No most of them are people trying to take your money and delay your cycle! If the price looks too good to be tru then it probably is, go with someone well known or you may pay twice as much in the long run!

Can I preload my juice in the syringes? Yes but I wouldn keep them like this for any really long period of time!

Can I mix my steroids? I only mix oil based steroids in the same injection but some will disagree!

Will steroids make my hair fall out? No, but they can speed up the process if you are predisposed to it!

Will I go sterile and not be able to have kids because of steroids?
Steroids will only temporarily lower sperm count while on a cycle and will go back to normal, but can take up to 1 year after discontinuance to be able to have kids, same goes for birth control pills for women!

What can I do so my parents and friends won find out I am juicin? Wear baggy clothes and tell them you are on alot of weght gainer and suppliments!

My friends are taking HGH would it be good for me to take it? I woulnd recommend to unless you have completed more than a few cycles!

ORDERING GEAR 101:

So many of you don have a clue when it comes to ordering gear so I thought I would try to clear some things up!

1) Never order from a website, unless it is www.carecenter.com for needles. The reason is that many people see a website and think oooo, but they are usually scammers taking advantage of newbies thinking it is that easy, to find a website and place an order.

2) Don open post asking for gear, that is an invitation for scammers to try to fu*k you
Do it through email with vets or moderators

3) Have the gear sent to your house, use a different name, and when you get it write "RETURN TO SENDER" on it and don open it for a while! If you get it sent to a PO box you are more likel to get busted. They are also supposed to be having a new law that all packages sent to your PO box must have your name on it. Not good!

4) Try to get references from a moderator or a vet. If a source has been around for a while then they will have made some friends and these friends will surely back them up.

5) Make sure you order enough gear for an etire cycle, including an anti-estrogen. I have seen many people post say "I finally recieved my gear and how should I cycle my 6 Sustanon amps!" Sorry bud, but now your cycle will have to be delayed until you order the rest of it.

6) Try to find someone else that has ordered from them. If you know someone else that has ordered from the source with success then the chances of you getting ripped are slim.

7) Check as many scammers lists as possible! They are everywhere, on many sites!

If you follow these simple steps it will reduce your chances of getting scammed greatly. Too many people are getting fuc*ed. Most of the people that are claiming to be sources are just trying to scam you!

Everything a Newbie needs to know before starting a cycle

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM READY FOR MY FIRST CYCLE?

The general rule passed on to people is that you should reach your natural potential before starting a cycle of steroids. Obviously if everyone followed this rule, anyone who used would be almost 30 and older...... So, because everyone is not going to follow that rule, here is a rule that I think is a must! You should know how to train, diet, and rest properly to make the changes to your body that you want to obtain. Whether you want to lose fat or gain mass, you should have a good undertsanding of how to do so without the help of steroids, before you choose to use
steroids. The reason for this is because steroids are a "helper" they are not a miracle, that can transform your body well you sit on the couch. So you need to have the understanding of all the major aspects of bodybuilding, so that you can use steroids effectively.

OK, I KNOW HOW TO TRAIN, EAT AND REST. WHAT'S NEXT?

The next thing you should do is to start researching what you are going to be putting in your body, and what effects and side effects it will have. There is a plethora of information on the internet, so do some searches or research on some bodybuilding boards (my favourite: www.musclesci.com). Read about different substances and what kind of effect they have. Read about the side effects of them, and what to do about unwanted side effects. Read about how to cycle them, length of cycles, and Post Cyle Therapy (PCT). Also, read about Anti-estrogens, as these are the drugs that will save you from gyno, and too much water retention. And after you have read about all of these things, then read them all over again to make sure you have absorbed what you read. When you are knowledgeable to answer the questions you had about steroids before you did your research, then you are probably ready for your first cycle.

THE FIRST CYCLE (AKA THE NEWBIE CYCLE)

*NOTE: You should have everything including post cycle therapy stuff, BEFORE you start your cycle!!

Your first step:

The first thing you will have to do is get over that fear of needles..... A cycle including nothing but oral steroids is not going to produce the results you want, period! Go to: www.spotinjections.com to research how to inject.

The Cycle - Anabolics

The most common Newbie Cycle is Testosterone Enthanate, run at 500mg per week for 10 weeks,split up into two shots per week (250mg on day 1, and on day 4). The cycle can be run with just Test. and good results should be seen. I personally like D-bol to be added with that cycle, but it doesn't need to be.
If it is added, it is run at 30mg a day for 4 weeks. The dosage should be split up during the course of the day, to keep blood levels as even as possible.

The Cycle - Anti-estrogens

An anti-estrogen (usually Nolvadex or Arimidex) will need to be purchsed to have handy in case gyno symptoms start. Itchy and sore nipples will tell you that you are getting gyno, and Nolvadex should be started (I use Nolva personally so I am showing Nolva dosages) at 60mg per day for 2 days, then 40 for one day, then 20mg for the rest of the cycle. There is one catch tho.... Nolvadex and Arimidex will only take care of estrogen driven Gyno...... Gyno that is caused by prolactin needs to be countered by using proviron. Prolactin induced gyno can occur from Trenbolone or Deca. (these are not used in your cycle so you don't have to worry about it...)

POST CYCLE THERAPY (PCT)

PCT can be run a few different ways..... I will outline on of the most common ways that it is run. If you don't want to do it this way, then it is easy enough to find an alternative way, by doing research.

2 weeks after your last shot of Test. Enth. you should be starting your PCT. The most common combo is to use clomid and nolvadex together. Clomid is run at 300mg day 1, 100mg day 2-14, and 50mg day 15-30. Nolva should be run with it at 20mg for the whole 30 days you are on clomid.

During PCT you should keep your caloric intake at or above the amount you would use for bulking. This will help you keep your gains, and stop you from going catabolic. Also you should train hard, so that you can keep your gains. Remember that you are not on any anabolics now, so you may have to bring your
volume down, and up your rest a little, so that you don't overtrain.

TIME OFF

Well now you have completed your PCT and your hormones should be getting back to normal. The general rule for time off is: TIME ON = TIME OFF. This should be followed. If you did a three month cycle, then you should wait three months after that last shot of test before doing another cycle. This will allow your
body to get back to normal and stay healthy.
