Change from prop to cyp

Hi all,
I'm just starting out week six of a prop/tren cycle. I've been taking 1cc prop ED and 1cc tren EOD. I'm taking the prop every day cause it's homebrew and I didn't have a scale (like a dumba$$), so I don't know the concentration of the prop. I know that was dumb, but anyway...

I'm thinking I'm going to change to cyp. It will be nice to not have ED injections. Here's the new plan, please critique it. I've never switched esters mid-cycle, so I need your advice.

Week 1-6 prop 1cc ED
Week 7 prop 1cc EOD
Week 1-12 Fina 1cc EOD (75 mg/ml) <---- should I run straight through?
Week 6 Test Cyp 750 mg (front load) <---- is that a good idea?
Week 7-16 Test cyp 500 mg (Mon,Thurs Injections)

Week 17-whenever...the usual PCT w/clomid, nolva, clen, and eca.

no need to front load .. and yes.. run the fina as long as the cyp
7-16 cyp
7-16 fina
you will need to wait 3 weeks to start ptc so on week 19!
or you can run the cyp and fina
7-12
then ptc on week 15

oops, overlooked that. Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, PCT would start on week 19.

So, you think w/out a frontload I can drop the prop on the timetable I gave?

or start the cyp and do the prop together for like a week or two then drop the pro and cuntinue the cyp

I would run the prop until week 10, for four weeks while on cyp.
