Rep Power: 6 ![]() | You are correct. Try to shoot at 8am and 2pm. The reason for GH to be utilized in the A.M, over night time, is for those who still have working pituitaries, if your pituitary is not functioning normally then before bed and first thing in the morning would make sense. The reason for taking GH at 8:00am and again at 2:00PM are because that's when cortisol levels are at their peak, the carcadian rythm. And secondly this may not interfere with your nocturnal release, obviously for those who have functioning pituitaries would like to still take advantage of their "free" gh. If your looking to lose fat with GH, then your shooting subQ in the a.m and hopefully keeping your carb meals as far away from your gh shot as possible, since GH has some antagonistic properties towards insulin sensitivity. So as we all know elevated insulin levels lead to lethargy, and fat storage. If you really want to dial in your GH useage, then check your BG reading 2 hours after your shot and see where your BG levels are. they should be between 75dl-95dl or 4.5mmol - 5.5mmol, anything higher suggests you should add in a glucose disposal agent, and or some insulin sensitizing agents.
