if you didnt get a letter, not sure....I had a pack in customs for about two weeks before...that was due to mistracking of the pack....if you feel comfortable, who was the source and what was it..

after 13 days that pack has finally cleared. it came through san francisco. i dont know much about west coast shipping. what do you think? pick it up? or let it go?
