Rep Power: 3 ![]() | FM powerlifting league table! I thought it would be a nice idea to have a powerlifting league table. Would be good for some friendly competition. This will make the site more interesting and offer something unique to the site. Everybody is welcome to add their totals, don't be shy. To enter you must post your weight, (in kg's) your best squat, bench, deadlift, total and finally your wilks. Then i will include you in the league table. I will also include a top 10 'wilks' table which measures strength based on bodyweight. Wilks calculator - http://www.powerlifting-ipf.com/wilkscalc.htm kilo to pound converter and vice versa: http://www.strengthcats.com/kilopoundconverter.htm Their will be four 'weight' categories for you to enter. -Super heavyweight (110kg+) -Heavyweight (90kg-110kg) -Middleweight (70-90kg) -Lightweight (0-70kg) this is how the table will follow through: rank.username......squat / bench / deadlift....[weight kg]total Superheavyweight 110kg+ Heavyweight 90kg-110kg Middleweight 70kg-90kg 1.Predator....................145 / 145 / 150....................[85kg] 440kg Lightweight 0-70kg 1.Scoular.....................105 / 60 / 125....................[54kg] 290kg 2.Caveman...................80 / 70 / 130....................[67kg] 280kg Top 10 'wilks' figures 1.Predator 289 2.Scoular 273 3.Caveman 217 |

I don't want to use rep max calculators as they do not confirm actual realistic weight lifted. | |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: FM powerlifting league table! no,no,no..that's not what i meant.i meant that the weights listed here http://www.flexmuscle.net/forum/showthread.php?t=19 are not for 1 max rep..the ones that i have posted for the powerlifting table, are indeed the 1max reps
