| New Member ![]() | Re: What are other teens taking?? i'm 18 and i take my body weight in whey protein a day, in addition to eating very high protein foods such as: meats, eggs, fish, and beans. i also recommend taking a pre workout formula, i take nos blast which is a combination of nitric oxide boosters, creatine, and some stimulents...beleive me you will notice a difference during your workouts |
