i usually use heavy weight to moderate weights when doing this kind of program bro!!! I dont grow when using light weight either!!!! the only time Ill train with light weight is if im trying to get my motivation back bro!!! Light weights don really stress ur muscles enough to produce the gains were Looking for bro!!!! Hey bro im going to send u a PM!!!!

I bet you're adapting very fast to every program?

An ideal workout would be two lifts a day consisting of 10-12 sets of 1-3. You could superset two antagonistic body parts, for example bench and chins, and then perhaps do some remedial work at the end.

Whenever you're starting a new program, watch you're blood sugar, if you're blood sugar is low, you're on the wrong program.*

*This is not for everybody

To be sure of what I'm saying, find you're max on any exercise you like, rest 10min and then do 85%RM, How many reps can you do? If you can do 1-3Rep, what I say apply to you.
