I mainly want bigger traps and a thicker neck but the main part i want to improve is my chest it seems as much as i train in machines that work out the pecs only the upper part of my chest are strong n firm but the lower part of my pecs are very flabby ...i am like 5.8 feet tall and weight 155lbs recommend anything?
Hey bro the first step in BB is to realize that in oder to make ur appearance more appealing to ur self you have to work out every body part and hit them from all differnent angles!!! There is a special machine that u will find that is going to allow you to isolate each and every area that u are looking to isolate IMO. So of the best body in our sports were created with good ole iron and hardcore workouts bro!!! Arnold and frank zane had some of the most appealing physiques of all time and they created them with bar bells and dumbells!!! I suggest that u stick to tha basci and try and find a hare core gym because now aday most heath club are taylor for people whom are not looking to grow and they view BB as something that is not appealling to them!!! I would also suggest doing push up with one hand on a medicine ball when working out ur chest bro!!! This exercise will isolate the outer part as well as the bottom section of ur chest!!! GOOD luck brotha if u have any questions on working out or anything bro pm me r simply ask any of the mods or members here bro!!! I wish i would have known about boards like this when i was a teen!!!

What works best for shoulder hypertrophy is tri-sets.
dude....so yer tellin me that I'm gonna get more mass by doing these lil side laterals and tri-sets as opposed to heavy ass military presses........you are out of your goddamn mind......big weights = BIG MUSCLES......you want science....look at progressive overload......overload = hypertrophy and i dont see yo being able to consistantly being able to overload ( heavier weights ) over the long haul with iso exersises like lat raises

It's true that mass gain are greater, simply because the muscle group is bigger. The muscle cells doesn't have any anabolic receptor, the cell lypolitic, not anabolic.

Some people will gain more muscle mass when doing this kind of stress, it mostly depend of wich body-type they are and munch more factor.

If its work well for you well, it's great.

Hey bro im not trying to knock you because you partial correct with saying that heavy weight cause ur muscle to grow but so is he because every persons body works differently!!! I have been competing in BB since i was 18 so that means i have been in this game for 7 years now bro and i have trained myself as well as hundreds of clients and each and every person respond to different things!!!! I personally wont grow just by lifting heavy weights, i have to totally and fully exaust my muscle to the point were they are completely burnt out esp shoulders bro!!! The only way that i have found to be able to do this is to use burn out set and tri set and thing like that bro!!!! like i said bro there is always more than one way to skin a cat!!!!
