Advice for a Newbie

I'm a 16 years guy and I'm new to bodybuiliding. Could you give me the basics for bodybuilding? Work out routine, diet, etc. Thanks!

My best advice- EAT-SLEEP LIFT

EATING this is the main thing I see guys fail at- you have to eat and eat a shitpile especially PROTEIN.

Start there - as for the rest- this forum is full of great info use your peepers and start reading.

starting out with bodybuilding ... first thing i would do is get Arnold Schwarzenegger The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding
