For those who don't know what I'm talking about, think of Frank Zane's ab shot. | |

| Member ![]() | Ronnie: best arms, HUGE chest/shoulders/legs, lats were lacking compared to previous years, legs not as striated as last year, nor was he in as good of condition. Jay: Striated legs, his rear back poses dominated Ronnie's and were near equal to Ronnies best ever back, arms were as good as I've seen them but not quite as freaky as Ronnie's. Abs were INSANE. How can you weigh 280+lbs and do make your abs go concave!??!? Hands down, Jay won. Next year, who knows. Ronnie will either win or die next year, if he doesn't retire. |

I read on his website that his brother made the comment that they will be back. Who know's. If he is going to come back then he will be competing in the Grand Prix this weekend. If he does'nt then I would say it's still up in the air.

| Junior Member ![]() | Sad thing is that Jay is saying he's gonna hang it up in 2 or 3 years. He's 33 now and Ronnie is 42. Jay is the man......Ronnie had no class once the decision was announced. Jay raised his hand and then Ronnie stormed off the stage.
