Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Do supplementals that 'boost' your metabolism contradict with building muscles hello, my name is martin and i have been working out now for almost three months and things are going great with me... until recently :) when i talked to someone who gave me doubtful ideas about should i continue taking some products that are supposed to increase my metabolism levels... products that i already bought... I am taking Herbalife Products, i don't know if everyone is familiar with them, but for those who are, i am taking Formula1 which is ... food, multivitamins, cell activator. these three i don't think are in any way opposing to building muscle... but the thing is that i am also taking Total Control and herbal tea concentrate, which both are supposed to boost your metabolism... and i don't know what this actually means, i read that boosting metabolism actually means to make food be less absorbed by the body... if so, then i should stop taking them immediately, as they surly are making my protein intake go to hell... pls write you opinion... pls write only adequate ones to this question, as it is extremely important to me. (write only if you know for sure that metabolism boost products contradict with building muscle, or if you know for sure that they don't). I want to be able to use the products i already bought, if they will do me no harm what so ever. 10x 10x 10x :D |
