Arnold's face still looks good, and that's all that matters now, now that he is not showing off his body, I mean, he is still has his high cheek bones, and cut jaw, it's amazing, he still looks good for his age, his neck still seems kinda thick and muscular, he has good psture...I wish him the best, I wish he lives to be well over a hundre...:)
and yes, I want a six pack at age 60 and older, like Stallone..why not? if he can do it, I can do it too! (I remember my granfather was still kinda muscular and lean at age 76)
all the other guys that say that's too ''difficult'' it's because they have an infatuation with FOOD!..lol

Its too,it's definitely attainable.Like anything,just takes the determination to have it.

but many will fall for the ''infatuation with food'' and develop plenty of rolls around their stomachs in their 40's and 50's, that will be extremely difficult to burn later in life (lol)
