Supplement for Bulking..?

I use Muscle & Weight Gainer by Body Fortress (cheeeeap! £7 for a small/lasts nearly a week.)
Tried some Dorian Yates stuff, not too sure about that though.

But should i splash out a bit more for better gains?

I am 6ft 6in and my matabolism is rather quick too, so i am stuck with a slim build.

What do you use/swear by when bulking? I could do with some of it!

Thanks in advance
Steve

EAT BIG + LIFT BIG + REST BIG = GET BIG

Eat a ton of food - high protein and if you are a hard gainer - remember this - never run when you can walk, never walk when you can sit, never sit when you can lie down - lowering your BMR slightly has a major effect on adding mass

Try those tips for lowering your BMR - has worked wonders for some friends of mine who are ectomorphs like yourself
