Oldman, I don't know how old you are..I'm in my early 30's...but come on, you have to admit that supplements have gotten way better, just in the last few years.

I'm 50 getting ready to turn 51 the only real improvment has been taste but as with anything 95% of these products are sugar anymore with fillers. One of my lifting partners use to own 3 GNC stores made his $$$ then went into selling house's. There are some supps that are not bad but like the book says most are bogus like the almost real Rolex watch they try to sell me in Mexico all the time or the oath the congress and senate take about up holding integrity.

I have some gakic... it was working well but I said screw it a got some A bombs hahaha.... one of my home dudes swares by it tho he got some good gains with the powder version..

Be careful with that stack you might gain like 10 lbs in 2 weeks, wait thats only if you use anator p70 with those as well. The ultimate stack, creakic, gakic, leukic, cell tech, nitro tech, pump tech, anator p70, t tech.....blah blah blah hahaha. Good luck bro, i hope they work for you.

whatever the hell happened to his big update and progress report.....I would actually like to know what happened...well besides him being short sum $$$'s........

Probably realized he just flushed hundreds of $$$ down the toilet.

a friend of mine blew his money on some, and after 2 days quit them, he was getting sick on his stomach for popping so many pills through the day...i tried them when he was going to throw them out, and they seemed absolutely worthless to me...just my oppinion
