Uh....you administer it orally. The ml/mg ratio depends on how its dosed.

Im not taking the pi55 here but ive never used nolva or anything like it before.

I dont know what its dosed at, will it tell me on the product when i recieve it?

All i know is that it comes it 50ml quantites so I was wondering how many ml - mg

Also when taking this stuff do you mix it with water????

No you dont mix it with water. And yes it should be labeled as far as dose. If you dont mind me asking, how old are you?
