I've been on M-1T for about two weeks, (I plan on running it for about 8-10 weeks) Ive gained about 10 lbs and my strength is up so I can tell you it does work. The extent to which it works is the question. I am one of those guys that has been totally disgusted with the OTC crap out there that costs more than the real thing, but so far this stuff has suprised me quite a bit. For the money I think it's worth it. I'm taking the Gaspari brand and it's10mg with 90 per bottle for $40. I'm taking 20 mg per day.

I too am also very very eary of these OTC products but it would be nice for supplement companies to throw one in that actualy worked some time. keep us updated on your results

Well, me and muggs got into a "thing" a while back about this. So, I decided to keep an open mind and trust him. I just ordered some to figure out WTF. I report ina few weeks to see if it does anything. I will strictly measure bf and weight/strength.

It's funny to me that a hard core mag like Muscular Development hasn't written anything on this stuff. But then again Muscletech doesn't produce it's own version......

Well so far I am trying this VPX and I gotta tell you----THIS IS THE WORST TASTING CRAP!!!! I have NEVER tasting anything worse. It is horrible!!! I dread taking this shake (you have to mix it). Oh GOD!!!

It has been said it is a cross between primo and tren and I would say rather than this it is in between. i.e. it seems to make you harder, lose a little water weight and gain stregth.

Pretty good legal stuff. BUT THE TASTE!!!!

ok, i've done some research on this stuff and it has me confused beyone belief, it says its main point is it doesnt mess with the liver or aromatize (however you spell it). yet it suggests to that 6-oxo should be taken after the cycle (a de-estrogen of whatnot). But if it doesnt aromatize why would you have to mess with the estrogen blockers after a cycle, and if the claim is false, what other organs would it effect. Would just taking glucosmine help with the joint issues that are supposed to be felt with this. Has andro been linked to cancer by anychance?

man, the more i research this stuff the more confused i get. I remeber vinny saying hey took VPX's form of 1 test, is that different than Legal Gears Methyl-1-test? and if so which one would be better to take?
