Green Tea (causing dizzyness)

just curious if anybody else has this problem. I have an ice tea maker and I use it to make green tea in. I use 11bags per 3quarts and make it as strong as possible

It has always been this way for me especially in the morning before eating anything. I love green tea as it helps me cut down extremely fast. I am working my way back up to drinking the full 3quarts everyday

just wondering why this is any if anybody else has this experience with it

There's WAY more caffiene in green tea than an expresso... when combining clen and caffiene who knows what is supposed to feel normal.

Re: Green Tea (causing dizzyness)

I get nauseous when I drink large quantities of it on a nearly empty stomach. Blew chunks one time as I left the squat rack and tried to make it to the bathroom when working out at Gold's about 7 years ago. That incident prompted me to build my own home gym LOL
