Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Green Tea (causing dizzyness) just curious if anybody else has this problem. I have an ice tea maker and I use it to make green tea in. I use 11bags per 3quarts and make it as strong as possible It has always been this way for me especially in the morning before eating anything. I love green tea as it helps me cut down extremely fast. I am working my way back up to drinking the full 3quarts everyday just wondering why this is any if anybody else has this experience with it |

| Re: Green Tea (causing dizzyness) I get nauseous when I drink large quantities of it on a nearly empty stomach. Blew chunks one time as I left the squat rack and tried to make it to the bathroom when working out at Gold's about 7 years ago. That incident prompted me to build my own home gym LOL
