Rep Power: 0  | FTC files False Advertising Suit FYI--According to a report, yesterday the Federa Trade Commission filed suit in Federal Court in San Francisco against Medlab Inc.; Pinnacle Holdings Inc.; Metabolic Research Associates Inc.; USA Health Inc.; Pinnacle Holdings Inc., Metabolic Research Associates Inc. and USA Health Inc.. The news blurb I got says that defendants are using false claims such as, "Lose up to 15 pounds a week..." and "Not Even Total Starvation Can Slim You Down and Firm You Up This Fast- This Safe!" It never ends. |
