Personally most make me feel jittery and the last thing I feel like doing is working out.(Just want to lay down until the shakes go away!) If you have some serious fat to lose, check out bodyrecomposition.com. Post of the latest scientific studies regarding nutrition and fatloss. |

| Re: Fat Burning Product? Hey Jeff it's Yetta from PA, not FL!!! First and formost diet is about 65% of weightloss and exercise is about 35%. Those two in combination with give you maximum results. Now the deal with fatburners is that they help you to get past that plateau, which most people fail to realize. After a while your body needs that push and that's where a good stimulant fatburner comes into play. I love Lipo-6 and Jetfuel they are best OTC's market right now. I used them both when I was cutting and they were great products that worked for lots of competitors. There is alot of junk products on the market and about 90% don't work. I didn't get sick or jittery on them and I am sensitive to some simulant fatburners. Remember fatburners are not quick fixes, but do work to help push through that plateau. Just make sure you that you got your diet and exercise program in check first. No carbs late in the evening, make sure you getting enough water throughout the day, eating more often which helps to boost your metabolism, eating more fibrous and complex carbs opposed to refined ones and eat more low fat, sugar and cal products.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Fat Burning Product? Hey Jeff, Yes exercise and diet is the big piece of the pie... but as for fatburners there are so many out there... Check out IDS Lean Up.. We are sponsoring a log by a member on another forum... Not trying to push another forum, but this person has done a pretty detailed log and you might want to read what he has to say. He has not reported any jittery effects, and has had no problem with sleep.. IDS Lean Up Log |

I concur with yetta on all said about proper nutrition and exercise.........that being said, the best ones I have found Jet Fuel by German American Tech Red Acid by Controlled Labs Thermoshred by Muscletech (careful with this one, has a diuretic) Remember that all supplements will react differently based on the individual. What is highly effective for one, can be absolute crap to another person. Alot of trial and error. :) |

Here is a tip try doing cardio after lifting weights or doing cardio on an empty stomach. Those are the best times to burn fat because you are depleted a carbs after a weight training session and in the morning you are fasted, so there is no carbs in the body. If you choose morning cardio I won't run on E I would at least have a low carb protein shake and/or glutamine to spare muscle loss. When there are no carbs in the body, your body taps into the stored fat as it's source of energy to burn. Try maybe a 30 mins session after weight training and 45 min session on non training days. Weight training with the combination of cardio will maximize your fatloss results. KIT! Yetta
