Expired goods

Man oh man, it's been forever since I posted >_>

I have 4 bottles of expired creatine that I want to use but don't know whether it's safe.

Any ideas?

its fine..

if sealed its fine there is no real ingredient in creatine for it to go "bad" your forced by the FDA to put an expiration date.

If it crystallized into createine it has gone bad. You can see it clump up a bit almost like powders in humid or arid weather.

thats exactly correct! It should be fine like powder, almost like dust, otherwise it has converted into creatine by-product, which can be toxic to your body and muscles!

I just opened up my bottle of cell mass in which it had a really sweet smell with the addition of clumping at the top. I take it I should throw it away even though it is not expired, right?

With regards to protein, what's the life on it once it is opened up? Same goes with a bottle of Nitrix...

Be straight up with me, if I should toss them then I'll get rid of them. It sucks, but it's better than getting sick.

I wouldn't worry about it. cell mass has loads of sugar and when it gets a little warm the sugar sticks together. If its not expired it should be ok!!
