I usually just take a little Ibuprofen, and ephedrine, or Spike by Biotest.

I also like Redline drinks. A little ephedrine + Redline = Zoomity zoom...lol

Oh yeh, got to checking the supply cabinet and I have like 5 new bottles of ECA pills, along with 3 bottles of another kind. I don't think I need any more lol. THey expired around 2005 but I imagine they're still fine.

One of the bodybuilding stores around here has a several brands of the old ECA stacks, including ECA Extreme...they say it's illegal to make them anymore but still legal to sell existing stock. Most are made of 25mg ephedra extract, 200-250mg caffeine, and willow bark for aspirin. Dosage is one capsule or tablet 3x daily not to exceed 4 caps/day. Is the dosage used for cutting in bodybuilding higher? I have not noticed much of a difference after a couple months of use at the recommended dose. Is ephedrine more effective than ephedra extract, maybe?
