ECA Supplements or Others?

I still have a couple bottles of ECA left from back when you could buy it (stocked up before the ban). I'm sure it's about a year outdated but probably works. Can you make your own pretty easily now, or buy it from overseas or anything? Does something else work just about as well? I've been off the scene for a couple years...just wondering what was new and exciting :) Thanks.

I am not aware of any OTC supps that contain the classic ECA stack, but there are OTC products that contain ephedrine--Bronkaide (sp?) for example--you do have to ask for it at the pharmasist counter and give them your driver's license info (because it can be used to make PCP or some other illegal drug) but you can get it.

Hit right aid and get some no does and baby aspirin or the 81mg aspirins then the gas station and grab the ephedrine it the same as the ephdera they can sell it again but just not as a weight loss supplement only as a bronchial med.. then take one of each and there you go bro the best ECA you can get.... Hope that helps

am I the only one who has read how it is bad to take aspirin before or after working out??

I read something about how it doesn't let your brain know your muscles are damaged(from working out) and doesn't begin the healing process right away

aspirin can be dangerous for asthmatics. I cant take ECA for that reason. But pure ephedrine I can.

Your best bet for fat loss supplements will be those containing 7keto/dhea (sp?). This supplement is damn near as close as you can get to OTC T3!

well I love E/C/Y combos too :). Haven't been on the market for it thought. Ever since my heart attack I try to stay away from stimulants. I do not believe any supps caused it though as I told the doc everything I had taken in the past

Can't handle the Y--for some reason it causes my heart to race even in low doses.
