A lot of users seemed to have some negative experiences with the original. The Next Generation version is more baseline - a "beginner" PH if you will. It's very light on the system, has minimal shutdown, and is great for not only the beginner, but the experienced user as well. Though it is named after the original, it shares nothing in common with it. The name has had some debate from naysayers, but we stand by it as another solid product with real results. I like to think it has a 1-2 punch - there's the PH part of it for some really nice, dry gains. It also contains stimulants and when taken pre-workout, really helps you to power through. And as we all know, the more you can power through the workout, the harder you go, the more gains you can make!! If you give me a bit, I'm going to be posting a FAQ thread for all of AX products, including information on SDNG (as we call it). |

| New Member ![]() | Re: Best supps.for strength gains There are many pre-workout NO products out there. I have personally tried Noxplode, Superpump 250 and Noxcg.. I like the Superpump the best but Noxplode is a little cheaper so its all personal preference. I would suggest a NO pre-workout and a cell volumizer/creatine post workout and lots of compound movements (dead lifts, squats, bench) and protein and eat, eat, eat... |

Dont forget 1g - 1.5g of high quality protein per lb of body weight per day. I am also an old fashioned believer in creatine, and bcaa's. |
