avant labs lipoderm-y with caffeine

Ive used it in the past for contest prep. It really didnt do a whole lot.

starting it up today and will see if it has any affect on me

just wanting to lose a tad on my lower abs and a ton on my love handles. Well I don't really need to lose a ton but it feels like it.

Never used it, thought about it though. I use Ab-solution plus and HFR mixed togther and I got great results. I am using just Ab-solution plus by itself and it appears to be working. I am getting ready for a photoshoot at the Arnold.

I did and did get some out of it. Its noyt the answer but it did help w/ results. I'm going to try some Napalm sometime.
