Protein Drinks

What is everyone drinking? I had to switch from Muscle Milk yesterday as the calories are killing me. Some guy tried to talk me into American Whey. I've never tried it so I passed.

I am loving the syntrax NECTAR. The flavors/taste are amazing.

I use plain, cheap-ass ON 100% whey. The taste isn't terrible, nor is it the best...but it's cheap. If I want carbs, I add oats. If i want fat, i add flax oil.

I notice that many people say that Optimum's nutrition 100% whey is the best deal around but actually the best bang for your buck out there is "All The Whey". The prices are great (specially on the bulk deals) and the taste isn't too shabby. SwoleCat recommends them as well so you know the product is legit. BTW, the Orange flavor is best followed by either banana or vanilla. Peace!

they are very close in price, but you're right...allthewhey does seem a bit better...something that i had definitely overlooked before!! i'm going to have to check them out next time i get protein :)

ive been using allthewhey for well over a year now. quality product and cheap as dirt, quick service, they are quick with the emails, wins in my book.

Optimum Whey, Natural Whey, Muscle Milk, and Premium Whey......I normally keep 3-4 different kinda of protein powder that way I don't get burned out with one brand or one flavor. I buy most of my Whey Protein from GetBuf.com....great prices and fast service.

I haven't tried AlltheWhey as of yet but may give it a try once what I have is gone.

Definitely...i've been buying all my stuff from Getbuf recently. Best prices, not to mention customer service, i've had the pleasure of experiencing.

also taking ON as well 3 sccops with 18 oz water, boy does that taste yummy. On does have a very good amount of amino acids, and some glutamine, but very little carbs.

i do designer whey it's cheap..i get 2.2lbs of strawberry for 6 bucks and the chocolate is 11 bucks...not sure why the price is more for the chocolate but whatev. My friend is getting me two tubs of muscle milk for xmas, that's some good stuff.
