An excellent combination for getting huge is eating rice and following it with slim jims. Carbs and sticking nice fat to it. Eat like a slob. Not the healthiest but you'll sure get huge. Eat enough protein and cals. I used to eat 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and try and get 3-4,000 cals daily.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: How to gain Weight - The final Answer. That's a good article for someone just starting out, but as you learn more you will want to clean things up a bit. It's not hard to stay fairly lean if you consume your protein from mostly solid foods. If you take in 300-400 grams from chicken, fish, and eggs then you will not have much room for alot of garbage.
