I find myself taking about a 30-60 min nap and hour before i lift and when i get out of the gym i have my post workout shake ( 4 scoops nlarge 2 and a bananna) then come home(15min drive) take a shower sit for 30 mins then i eat my post workout meal and then i start feelin really tired again so i try to stay up but i usually fall asleep for about an hour. At the moment i am taking in 300 grams of protien, and 600 grams of carbs, trying to keep my calories around 4000. Do you think its my diet that is causing me to be sleepy all the time, i know for sure im not diabetic too.... I just ate 1 cup of cooked oats with peaches about 20 min about and my eyes feel like lead and its only 3:15 in the afternoon....

consider sleeping only 8 hours a night for a couple weeks, see if you regulate or start to notice any difference... just a thought...though if i had that much free time, i probably would sleep as much as possible too!
