Its not weider crap, its reality brother. So what you are saying is that you never change your training styles,rep/set scheme,wt amounts, exercises???? You always do the same thing? From your training log,I can see that this is not true. Change will always keep you making forward progress.Your body will adapt to the same regimen. Its not a theory, its scientific fact. You always have to push your muscles harder to make gains. Im sorry to disagree with you,but what you are suggesting is just not so. If I am mis-understanding what you are trying to convey,I apologize. | |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: The Downside of Bulking well....I just got back into training hard last year so I am still "finding my groove" so to speak.....I will be doing variation of 5x5 until summer ( give me enough time to figure out if it works best for me or if dc is the shit).......but if you keep changing and jumping around every 4-8 weeks like weider says then how do you find what works in the long term? i am really gettin to know my body and i know that i grow best from a certain rep range and if I deviate from that I feel retarded......I never said use the same weights.....I'm allllllllll about progressive overload.....kickin up the weight every single week............ |
