Ok thats the new plan, it just seems like a lot of calories to me. I dont think ive ever eaten that much and im kind of worried that its going to make me fat... tell me if it looks good, im going to have to wait till tuesday to start because i need to go to bed now for work in the morning and wont have time to cook or shop lol. thanks and please tell me this looks good now lol

eat a tablespoon of peanut butter with your bedtime shake....it slows the digestion and keeps aminos flowin thru your muscles thru the night......

Hello friends, I am a 14 years old student in high school and I am very interested in health. I would like to major in college and take my career too. I know there are dietitians and nutritionists but I also enjoy fitness and would like to help people lose weight and maybe even teach a fitness class. What exactly is a Fitness and Wellness director? Please help me with your great suggestions.

fitness and wellness director sounds like a fancy title to me.....i think what they mean is they are qualified to put together a fitness/diet program for a wide variety of persons.....
