blended tuna

I've read alot of threads where they are blending tuna with O.J. or Apple juice. Anyone had any luck with this? I tried it once and thought it to be okay, then the next time I abouted gagged. I think I had more liquid the first time. Second was like chunky batter that smelled like fish. I can't hardly eat tuna out of the can anymore and chicken too expensive to eat all the time. Any ideas?

I have mixed it with applesauce and was surprised at how good it was.

I have tried tuna milkshakes, and I felt very sick, hehehehe. I read that some dudes do it.
I worked out you have to rinse the tuna using a sive to get rid of any brine or oil, then blend the tuna with something acidic like lime,lemon or orange juice, I tried this and it didn't curdle my stomach like last time!

A shake I always use is 3 large raw eggs, half a pint of milk, and 2 large yoghurts, 2 teaspoons of suga and blend, its a great post workout shake, with about 40-50grams of protein!

Try mixing 1 tbs of olive oil, pat into a pattie, toss into a nonstick pan brown both sides. Its great...
