Haven't had it for quite a few years, but as I recall, it was very, very good, albeit a little tough.

It's a very lean, but rich tasting meat. Comparable almost to venison, but a little different. Great if you can find it, can be pricey though.

There is a bison farm 20 miles out of town here... actually we have a lot over the whole state.

I dont like the taste... I still like Cow... :D

I like the taste of cow and deer. Deer is cheap being that my neighbor gives it to us for free :D Gotta love those hunters! We have bison farms all over the place now so it isnt too expensive. Anyone know how much protein is in a serving?

I found this. 3 oz is not a lot, so it would be more for the average person considering they'd eat mor than just 3 oz. I had a bison burger years ago - i LOVED it!
