cheap cut of red meat London broil bro great to grill just marinade it for 24 hours and it will be the bomb and its about 3 bucks a pound Can't beat it ... let sit for a little for the juice to get tick in the meat then cut it in thin slices after you grill and save the juice to dip ... then a nap will be needed...

I had a sirloin tonight and it was great

Tomorrow will be half a ribeye. The next night the other half. Then I will be hitting up the T-bone on Thursday night yum yum

Skirt steak, flank, top round...all pretty lean and tasty if you know how to cook them properly. I marinate all of my steaks for at least 24 hours, flipping them at 12hrs. Do a quick internet search of any of these cuts and learn how to cook/cut them, it makes all the difference.

has anyone ever used one of those meat tenderizer tools to take away some of the toughness of the lean cuts of meat??...i never have but have always been curious if they work worth a shit.

Yeah you can get a tenderizing hammer and that work some but marinading it after that really makes them nice

No it does work it allows the meat to suck up the marina better and dose soften up the meat as well

yea, I just have my butcher do it at the store I buy it at .... I tell them what thickness to cut the meat and if to tenderize it if I want .... the grocery store should do it for free!
