Rep Power: 0 ![]() | A walk on the wild side... OK so I've decided to start a new journal here at flexmusle. Here's some of my background and stats. 22 yrs old 217 lb's Apporx 15% bf Lifting seriously for 3 years. Right now I'm just making up my workouts as I go and trying to get my body fat to around 10-12%. Currently I'm using a bodypart split and playing around with different techniques from different programs. Hopefully in a month or so I can get back to my DC training and pack on some more size :D |

Not really surprised though because of all the shitty food and beer I had. I actually expected a little more then that. Back to the diet this week. Hopefully by Friday or Saturday I'll be back to 217 or a little less. |

Legs Today LP Calves- DC style- 225 x 11ss Lunges- Width of gym & back = 1 set- BW x 4 sets Sumo LP- 405 x 10ss Hack Squats- 135 x 8, 185 x 6, 205 x 4, 225 x 2 Platz Hacks- Sled x 9ss Adductor Machine- 100 x 10, 130 x 10 ABS Plank- 35 sec Side Plank- 35 sec Lying Vacuum- 1 min Vacuum on hands and knees- 1 min CARDIO 15 min Low Intensity Intervals Another good leg day. I was gonna shoot a video for ISOM of my last two sets of hacks but the camera wasn't working. The 225 on hacks is a new Page Ranking. Before today it was 185 lol. |

Workout- Back WNG Pullups- BW x 6,6,5,4 Regular Pullup- BW x 3 negatives Close Grip Pulldown- 190 x 9ss Single Arm Machine Row- 135 x 8, 155 x 6, 165 x 4, 175 x 2 Rack Deads- 225 x 10ss (pause at the bottom of each rep) No cardio- to drained from work. I finally have a lat stretch that really works for me. Just hanging from the pullup bar doesn't hardly do anything for me. What ya do is stand beneath the pullup bar and with your right hand reach up and grab the end of the left handle. Now just stand up as straight as you can and lean to your right. Just switch sides to do the left arm. Gives you a helluva pull on the lats. |
