Notes on week 1:

The thought of doing the same exercise 2-3 times a week is totally foreign to me. I was always of the mind one day one body part one week. I will put my faith in WSB but this just feels weird. Maybe thats what it's going to take to shock me into new growth.

Here's to hoping.

When I powerlifted I did exactly that. Bench, Squat, and Dead were 3x's a week.
Monday was 70% 5 sets of 10, Wed 80% 5 sets of 5, and Friday 90% 3 sets of 2.
Every 3rd week I would go for a new max on all three.

My all time best (power to weight ratio wise) was 505 Squat at 154 pounds. After that I pursued bodybuilding.

With your natural strength you will get extremely strong on the big 3. You should enter some powerlifting comps (if you haven't already). You would do really well.
