Harry - I train in my garden and my weights are Kg's.

Bodyweight - 57kg

Legs feeling thicker and chest little fuller - not much change at all..

Lower back feeling better despite continuous squats and deadlifts.

-90kg x 6.
-90kg x 8.

Front squat:
-20kg x 15.
-40kg x 15.
-50kg x 10.
-50kg x 10.

Pendley row:
-40kg x 10.
-40kg x 12.
-40kg x 12.

Barbell shrugs:
-40kg x 15.
-40kg x 15.
-40kg x 15.

Close grip flat bench press:
-20kg x 15.
-35kg x 12.
-45kg x 10.

Well i work long hours (shift work) and it would be tough to go to the gym after work...so I thought that instead of paying £60 a month on the gym that I would get my own weights and train at home (cheaper in long-run).

I have an olympic set of weights (145kg total), a squat rack and a bench. All I need!

Old school yes - No belt, no gloves etc.

Staying with girlfriend in Bristol...can start training again on the 23/6/2006.

Will give my lower back a chance to recover some.
