Flat bench press:
-20kg x 15.
-40kg x 12.
-40kg x 12.

Decline bench press:
-20kg x 15.
-30kg x 12.
-30kg x 12.

Seated military press:
-20kg x 12.
-22.5kg x 15.
-22.5kg x 12.

Lower back hurting so skipped this exercise today :(

Bodyweight - 57kg (+1kg)


Hope I can hold the 1kg gain in to next week.

Legs, chest and shoulders feeling thicker.

Lower back feeling strained and hurts during some exercises so have to watch it.

Can I ask why you work in kgs and most people I know in the UK work in lbs?
