Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Scoular's Training Log Decided to make a new log with this routine which i will stick to for at least 3 months. Training for a natural junior contest coming September 2006. I am 20 years old and 5'4". My training will be two routines rotated every two days: Routine#1: -Deadlift. -Flat bench press. -Decline bench press. -Seated Military press. Routine#2: -Squat. -Front squat. -Pendley row. -Shrugs. -Close grip flat bench press. |

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: Scoular's Log 1/6/2006 Bodyweight - 56kg Looks like a dropped bit of bodyfat but same weight on the scales. Chest already looks fuller since i started training it recently again. Back and legs getting bit thicker. Feeling good now since i am back in to regular training. |

Thanks for the compliment! I am only 5'4" so it is a reasonable weight for my height. I sometimes take a protein shake when I feel like one but other than that all i take is multi vits and mineral tabs. | |
