Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: Predator - New and Improved It is a 4 days on,3 days off routine and the splits are as follows: Monday.....chest+biceps Tuesday.....legs(that means calves as well) Wednesday.....off Thursday.....back+triceps Friday.....off Saturday.....shoulders+abs Sunday.....off

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Re: Predator - New and Improved i started going to the gym last week but i didn't keep a log because i only did mild training sessions to get back in shape.i can hardly wait for tomorrow:)i'll be waiting for opinions questions or whatever:)
