| My journal I'll focus on the posterior chain for the first few weeks. After i'll go with a massive leg improvement, since the summer is coming I want massive leg, I need massive lactic improvement, massive deep tissue, etc. I don't really care about the upper body, anyway with the back training, the upper body will just flow with minimun stress. It's more like a sport oriented training journal, but I guess elite athlete have nothing to envy from a bodybuilder. I won't post munch about nutritionnal aspect, maybe supplement if I chose to buy something. If its the case, I would go with a site sponsor, True Protein. With the leg training I'll go with supplement. For the posterior; I don't care about definition, all I want is strenght. I'll fix my leg imbalance, flexibility concern. For my lowerback/posterior, it looks like this; Back squat 30 reps Romanian deadlift 30 reps Right leg lunge 15 reps Left leg lunge 15 reps Leg curl 10 reps I don't care about the tempo or anything at all, the %RM isn't defined yet. More to come; Back workout, i'll go with a gymnast variation, Upper body workout, i'll go with a powerlifter variation, Leg workout; leg is almost done, because leg development seem to respond well to insanity.
