| If I Was Bigga!!The Lets Get Their Journal! Well, it started on July 5th 2008! The first two photo's show the reason why i wanted to transform myself. I look flabby around the belly, (even at 6ft 6"!!) and a mess to say the least! Always working!! So now, its time to work-on myself! I want to gain weight and size, so began lifting the weights, nothing major, just getting into the swing of things. I am eating well, if i can see it, i eat it! plus i have a muscle and weight gain shake in the morning with my porridge, and again after a weights session. It is all "in house" training as i work from home and i am not gonna be the skinniest little weazle in the gym struggling to lift a handbag! Thats just plain embarrasing!! | |

| Re: If I Was Bigga!!The Lets Get Their Journal! Although its only four days later, i already feel better! So much so, i thought i would try a couple of poses-taken by the wife! that was a bit embarrasing, this stick insect look really has to change! I had these two taken after just four days training for a very good reason!-I have no other way of comparing at a later date! Fingers crossed the "growing" part is kicking in!! Still eating loads, trying to gain the weight for me is a nightmare. Feeling good, working towards the looking good! | |

I think you have a good frame to put some nice lean muscle on. I dont think you are gonna be the next Jay Cutler but man you are lean already and ready to put on some size! Keep it up and dont get upset when it doesnt come as fast as you want it to.... Keep it up, LL

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Re: If I Was Bigga!!The Lets Get Their Journal! Training can be addictive, especially when you see gains, just remember not to overdo things, don't train more then 4 times a week! Exercises that are a must for size, dealifts [or squats if you got the room/equipment at your house], bench, barbell row. You might think they are too hardcore for a beginer, u will just stick to curls and dumbell shoulder press, that idea will slow your gains up real fast. You will be suprised especialy with deadlifts how much you can actualy lift, it gives you a massive buzz lifting heavy and it really boosts test and growth levels. Because of your height, you may want to consider doing sumo squats/deadlifts as they are best suited for guys that are tall. How big you wanting to go? |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Re: If I Was Bigga!!The Lets Get Their Journal! At 6 foot 6, and maybe 8-10 years of training 290-305lbs natural, with gear 370lbs 5-8 years. You probably an alright weight to start of, you probably bout 180lbs+ now. You would be a beast. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: If I Was Bigga!!The Lets Get Their Journal! heavy weights, lower rep range, eat, sleep, eat more.......I'm 6'4"+ and I went from a scary looking 167 to 226 in 18 months.....and it took a shitload of food and lifting heavy to get there......remember that you will be needing more sleep now that you are training..... |
