Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... sooooo......my workouts as of late have been less than stellar.....switching it up for a bit until i start my cycle.....doing the 5x5 for chest, back and legs......i hadnt done a real bench press in like 8 months so i am on the xtra weak side......but i'll still post my #'s flat bb bp 205 5x5 ( working on form and getting the feel back ) incline db press 60x12 70x12 (per arm) low pulley cable crossover 50x12 60x12 (per arm) v handle tri pressdown 160x12 185x12 195x10 205x8 overhead db ext 60x15 70x12 tri ext machine 110x15 155x12 flat bench was awkward at first since ive been using the smith machine.....a little tight in my shoulde but i am pleased...well not pleased with the #'s bt that will come up quickly...... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... deadlifts 5x5 @ 315 ( only got 4 sets in....only had 30 minutes this morning) wide grip pulldown 200x10 220x8 220x8 ez bar curls 115x12 115x12 135x8 135x8 alt db curls 50x10 60x8 (per arm) reverse grip cable curls 80x12 110x8 ( really hurting my wrist.....will switch to pinwheel curls) felt alright cept i was running late today.....ill probably add in another thickness move after the pulldowns....just didnt have time today.....
