Rep Power: 4 ![]() | alt db curls, 2 warmups 1 workset w/ 60lb db's 14 reps, glass hammercurls 1 warmup 1 workset w/ 55lb db's x 20 reps, seated calf raises 1 warmup 1 workset w/ 4 plates and a dime x 15 reps, front squats ( 2nd time I have ever tried them ) 3 warmups, 1 workset 245x10, widowmaker set of squats @ 225lbs for 22 reps....leg press using heels only, 2 warmups, 1 workset w/ 340 x 8 reps......front squats on a smith machine are hard as hell.....guess I'll get used to it and it wont be so goddamn awkward next time......finished this one in 45 minutes....legs on fire after the 22 repper squat..... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | smith bp's 3 warmups 1 workset w/ 245lbs x 6 rp 3 rp 3 widowmaker bp 205x21, seated shoud db press 2 warmups 1 workset 65x12, close grip bp 1 warmup 1 workset 185x14, lat pulldowns 3 warmups 1 workset 190x7x4x4, deadlifts 3 warmups 1 workset 365x8......shoulders are feeling a bit sore.....maybe need to start doing some special stretching to warm up before i start lifting......happy with my progress.....not gaining any weight however....I know my bodyfat is dropping so thats ok....probably going to up my protein by 10-20%...... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | straight bb curls 2 warmups 1 workset w/ 125x7x4x3, hammer curls 1 warmup 1 workset 60x19, seated calf raises 200x16, leg press 3 warmups 1 workset w/ 400x9, sldl 2 warmups 1 workset 185x11.....could have gone heavier on the sldl but i didnt want to chance it after doing a Page Ranking on leg press....could have gone heavier on the leg press as well but i figured I dont want to plateau too quickly on it...... |
